Spell Resistance: Yes

Every time the target creature attempts to use or expend one of its dragonmark powers, there is a 50% chance that the attempt fails, wasting that use of the mark. A cursed dragonmark can be restored to normal with a break enchantment, limited wish, miracle, remove curse, or wish spell.
